All pickup orders must be placed and paid for online before visiting the store.
2️⃣ Order Processing Time
Orders require processing time before they are ready for pickup.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability.
Same-day pickup is not guaranteed unless confirmed.
3️⃣ Pickup Confirmation (Important)
🚫 Do NOT visit the store until you receive confirmation.
Customers will receive an Email or SMS notification once the order is ready for pickup.
Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
We are not responsible if a customer visits before receiving confirmation and the order is not ready.
4️⃣ What to Bring for Pickup
When picking up your order, please bring:
Order confirmation email or SMS
Valid government-issued ID
Order number
If someone else is picking up on your behalf:
They must show the order confirmation
Provide valid ID
Have authorization from the original purchaser
5️⃣ Pickup Hours
Orders can only be collected during our regular store business hours.
Please check our website for updated store hours before visiting.
6️⃣ Pickup Time Limit
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of confirmation notification.
If the order is not picked up within this period:
We may cancel the order
A restocking fee may apply (if applicable)
Refund will be processed according to our refund policy
7️⃣ Order Inspection
Customers must inspect items at the time of pickup.
Once the item leaves the store, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
We are not responsible for damage reported after leaving the store without inspection.
8️⃣ Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be modified once processing has started.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
Special order or non-stock items may not be eligible for cancellation.
9️⃣ Stock Availability
Some products may require transfer from the warehouse.
In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and either issue a refund or offer an alternative.
