5. Products, Orders, and Pricing
5.1 Product Descriptions
PartsBlue strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products listed on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, fitment information, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. All manufacturer names, symbols, and descriptions used are solely for identification purposes and do not imply that any item is authorized by or connected with any vehicle manufacturer.
5.2 Vehicle Fitment
Fitment information is provided as a guide only. It is your responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with your specific vehicle before purchasing. Factors including trim level, engine type, production date, and regional variations may affect compatibility. PartsBlue is not responsible for parts purchased based on incorrect fitment selection.
5.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors may occasionally occur on our Site; in such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price. Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies subject to the conditions outlined on our Site.
5.4 Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted and a contract formed only when we send an order confirmation email and process your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
5.5 Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. While we maintain an inventory of over 2.5 million SKUs, we cannot guarantee that every listed item will be in stock at the time of your order. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund, substitution, or backorder option.
6. Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our Site at checkout. All payments are processed securely. 7. Shipping and Delivery
PartsBlue offers free shipping on orders over $99 CAD before taxes. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship across Canada using our trusted delivery partners.Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, and other factors beyond our control. 8. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
8.1 Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy available at partsblue.ca/return-exchange. Generally, items must be returned in their original, uninstalled condition within the specified return window. Electrical parts, special-order items, and certain other categories may be non-returnable.
8.2 Warranty
Products sold by PartsBlue are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. PartsBlue also offers its own warranty on select products as detailed in our Warranty Policy at partsblue.ca/warranty-policy. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval.

All content on the PartsBlue Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, software, and compiled data — is the property of Partsblue Canada Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Site without our express prior written permission. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTSBLUE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS.IN ALL CASES, PARTSBLUE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PartsBlue, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
Your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), unless both parties agree otherwise.
